Capturing life through my pencil

These sketches date back to 2008 when I came across life-sketching. It was a tough task to capture every detail right from light to the material the product was made up of. But with practice I learnt the art to instill life in the object i sketched with the help of my pencil. Its strange how only one tool can lead to such fantastic creation. Thats the reason I believe – A pencil is no weaker than a sword.

Whats in a face!

Eyes soft or piercing,

feeling of joy or grief,

lips can put forward

emotions without moving.

A human face reflects thousand emotions without relying on speech. Hair, a vital feature of a human face speaks volume about one’s state of mind unbound in any barriers. Freedom, fun, happiness are mere an expression which I have tried to depict in terms of my understanding of creativity.
